Online Panel Discussions: Biocultural Rights and Community Protocols

The aim of this Online Panel Discussions, which will be open to the public, is to gather approximately 15 leading academics hailing from different scholarly and cultural horizons with a view to addressing community protocols and biocultural rights
We are very pleased to let you know that the International Workshop on Biocultural Rights and Community Protocols, cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreak last May, is being revived as Online Panel Discussions to be held from 5 – 6 November 2020.
Panel Discussions will run each day from 12h00 (Paris time) and will last about 2 hours.

In addition, recorded videos of longer presentations will be posted online and made available here from late October.

Confirmed speakers include: Reia Anquet & Fabien Girard, Miranda Forsyth, Garrett Graddy,  Ingrid Hall, Lesle Jansen, Manohisoa Rakotondrabe, Pia Marchegiani & Louisa Parks, Margaret Raven & Daniel Robinson, Giulia Sajeva, Tom Suchanandan, Krystyna Swiderska, and Brendan Tobin.

The event is convened by Dr Fabien Girard (UGA, CRJ), Dr Christine Frison (FWO, University of Antwerp), Dr Ingrid Hall (University of Montreal), and supported by the CRJ, UGA, and the ANR.
